Sandy has left for China. The house seems quieter without her, not in a good way. She possesses a spark that lights up the whole house, even when she's whining or sitting there watching TV. Haha. Guess what I'm trying to say is that I miss my little sister.

In other news, I'm on Attend C and currently at home, 'resting'. It's kinda funny actually. We were ordered to report sick for our cough to get antibiotics. I don't think any of the commanders expected us to even get statuses. But the MO in Room 3 is giving out free Attend Cs, so yeah. PS was kinda pissed off when he found out. Haha.

Choir seems to be getting smaller and smaller, kinda like my platoon strength. Everyone's missing. Michael's absence kinda creates a vacuum. The altos are tiny now that the Beatrices are gone. Overall, STAC just seems emptier. The Prayer Box thing didn't work out as I'd hoped. Maybe God is trying to tell me something, getting me to rethink my motivations. I have been neglecting some people, and I should really start making an effort to reach out again.

Life in NS has gotten a lot tougher this week. Can't wait for the Deepavali holidays. Really need a break. In spite of the things I've had to give up, though, I feel I've gained a lot these past few weeks. PTP is ending soon, and our hell month is fast approaching. This is really a test of faith, a test of my ability to praise God even in the face of so much pain, so much stress. But at the end of the day, God has proven to be faithful. He has allowed me to rest when I need it, granted me strength when I have to perservere, and taught me, through my PC, that pain is temporary and passing.

Life is good, because you get to live it. Till next time.
